3 Bedroom Villa in Salinas

The villa is off the main road in a quiet area. It has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. The master has an en suite and the double room with a Jack & Jill bathroom (both with shower). A travel cot can be provided but please provide your own linen.
The property is surrounded by courtyards and has its own large pool, please note the pool has a deep shallow end.
Each bedroom has air conditioning and radiators. There is a wood burner in the sitting/dining area (wood and pellets can be bought locally). There is a very well equipped modern kitchen.
There are two charcoal barbeques, one static outside the house and the other on the first raised courtyard. (Charcoal can be bought locally).
When booking the property, please note that this gives you sole use of the facilities which includes the villa, gardens and pool.

Summary: Its a wonderful hause wiht a fantastic swimming pool. The place is very quiet and it is perfect to enjoy a restful holidays.

Summary: Communication from Penny was good from answering our queries right through to arranging for James to meet us on arrival with a small ( much appreciated) welcome pack and useful local knowledge. The villa itself is very peaceful and has all necessary mod cons. The kitchen is excellent and clearly recently replaced. Cooling is great with aircon and fans in all rooms, if anything it gets to cool.! The swimming pool is a good size and filters were on most of the time. Only thing I would add is some outdoor dining table and chairs but this could be due to the flies and wasps.... Only to be expected in the country, although it didn't bother us. A nice welcome breeze came everyday around 3 pm. Restaurants and bars are around 10 mins drive away in Sax, Salinas is slightly closer but nothing there. Also supermarkets are in Sax so a car is definitely needed. All in all a great week which met our needs completely and we would definitely stay again.
