Negative: *Found out upon entering the house that there is a granny flat attached so the house has shared use of the pool 6am - 1pm. *The cleaner turned up at random times & asked us to unlock laundry room in order to clean granny flat * The property said there was a Hot Tub - couldn't find it * Patio area/ Pool numerous weeds etc and Pool hadn't been cleaned properly *Cleaner neglected to clean under beds & Cuhions in the dining room area. * Couldn't use driveway as 3 cars parked there from Day 1

Positive: Our stay was comfortable, and enjoyable. The location was great and relatively accessible for the appointments we needed in Sydney.

Negative: We were unaware of the pool times on booking which was unfortunate as we booked it especially for that and we would have preferred to use it when it was out of action. My advice would be to add that in the description when booking. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and when we need accommodation for our next appointment we will think of this.

Positive: Lots of space for the family. Outdoor area was great for the kids to swim and the family could watch tv outside and watch them.

Negative: The dual dwelling, it was not advertised that we would share a pool with a granny flat who are also visiting. They sit right next to the outdoor area and walk past our bedrooms to get to their door. Pool system was broken so the pool was dirty and green and we had to keep cleaning it daily. Pool tiles kept coming off in the pool. There was no parking for our vehicles. Hot water system couldn’t keep up with a family of 5 daily. The ad doesn’t list things that upon check in, there were instructions printed on the wall of pool times we could swim at.
