Summary: I rented this place for my girlfriend's birthday and we were extremely pleased. It is very clean and modern with all the amenities you need for a short or long stay. The location is excellent and only a five minute drive from downtown. It is also a great spot of you're looking to hike. Buttermilk Falls and Robert Treman State park are a very short drive away. We would definitely rent again!

Summary: Overall, it was a lovely stay. The kitchen was excellent, as we were in town to see our son at Cornell and he wanted home cooking. The bed and the pillows need an upgrade. Tremendous sloping in the middle and when you move the bed shakes. Other than the bed issues, excellent stay.

Summary: This apartment is SO perfect! Spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated, and so many hospitable touches. It's located at the back of the house with a separate entrance. The owners are very responsive, friendly, and have great recommendations for places to visit in the area. Don't even hesitate booking this place... it's a gem!
