Summary: Perfect place for a guys ski trip. Clean and comfortable. Great location for multiple ski mountains. And In town for great dinner options. Dryer came in handy for wet ski clothes.

Summary: First the good. The neighborhood is very quiet, no barking dogs, no traffic, no planes. Price was reasonable, but you aren't getting alot either. The palce was pretty clean but not perfect.Now the negatives. The property is mis-represented as having 2 bathrooms. There is only 1 shower/tub, the other is a powder room downstairs. The property is therefore only 1.5 baths per real estate standards. 1 shower is not enough for the number of guests advertised. The property needs work. Family room furniture is not in good shape, the big swivel chair is broken. The downstairs is very cold, there is a gas fireplace but even with that it is very cold downstairs. The host did not supply check-in instructions at least 3 days prior to arrival as VRBO requires even after being asked. In fact I had to ask for them a 2nd time after our plane had already landed in SLC just before the check-in time. That leaves the renter very uncomfortable about the transaction. The floors upstairs are very squeeky, so if any guest get up in the night you will know it. We would not stay at this unit again. I hope the host will take this review into account and put some money into bringing this unit up to standards.
