Gorgeous Shoreham Cottage , newly renovated original early century cottage, part of the "Little Breda" estate. Set amongst an established cottage garden setting, overlooking neighbouring farmland and featuring a panoramic view of Westernport Bay. Please note: No Wifi at the cottage.

Ideally located, just a 5-10 minute walk to "Honeysuckle Beach" or drive around to the family friendly Shoreham Pines Beach where you can leave the car and step straight on to the sand. Many of the region's highly acclaimed wineries such as Montalto, Pier 10, Tucks Ridge and Red Hill Estate are a mere 1-2 minute drive from the front gate. Farm gates are award winning restaurants are all at your doorstep.
Visit a winery for lunch, take a dip in the sea and relax on the decking overlooking the bay at the end of a perfect day!! For a special occasion, book a driver and be picked up and driven to one of the winery restaurants for a Candlelit dinner.

Summary: We stayed here to get ready for our wedding and the night of our wedding. It was the most beautiful, quiet and relaxing setting for all. The house had everything you needed and was very nicely presented. Check in process was easy and host Janet was very responsive. Lovely touches of breakfast foods left for us. Perfect location to wineries, beach and shops not far. The garden was absolutely stunning and the ocean views is a highlight. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Summary: Really loved the property and the garden. Nice quiet location. House is well appointed and stylishly decorated. 10 Minutes to Flinders, 25 minutes to Rosebud, 10 minutes to Pt. Leo and around 10 minutes to Red Hill so everything is pretty close by.
