Walking distance to everything. Near the Canadian border to St Stephen. Nicely decorated but with an old feeling. Sit and relax on the porch or sit on the back porch and look at the river and Canada.

Summary: The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Summary: This was a wonderful overnight spot for two couples traveling to Canada. Our hostess left us a ton of unexpected amenities. The property was on the water and although close to the road, a quiet place for sleeping. We loved the wrap around porch! Karen’s Diner down the street was delightful and delicious for breakfast and the previous evening we enjoyed a lobster roll and ice cream at Shuckins Lobstah which was 15-20 minutes away.

Summary: An interesting old house with some fine furnishings. Surprised to find this was actively owner occupied, lots of personal items in rooms and kitchen. Difficult to do own cooking due to owner's items in refrigerator and kitchen . No access to the river. Very easy access to the house and helpful notes left by owner. Appreciated owner's flexibility with dates and vacating house during our stay.
