The apartment is atypical and is very well located with direct access to the central beach.
Close to all amenities, 15 minutes walk from the SNCF train station, 2 minutes from the main pedestrian street.
Located on the top floor of a building with elevator, you will not overlook, a view of the rooftops of Saint Jean de Luz, the beach and the surrounding mountains (the Rhune). A parking space is available in front of a box in an adjacent street.
You have a fully equipped kitchen open to dining room and living room.
On the same level, the room with 2 single beds (80 by 200) and a wardrobe (some small games for children)

Summary: The flat is a duplex with a second floor that has a suite double bedroom with an almost 360• view of Sait Jean de Luz and the ocean, woooooow. Newly refurbished with good taste. 5 to 10 minutes walk from anything you could need. We had a great time and highly recommend this place.
