Summary: Communication was good. Parking was a bit tough but manageable. Property is a front unit duplex. Worked well for a weekend getaway to Sofi Stadium. Home appears to be in final stages of remodel as of the time of this review.

Summary: House was great! Newly remodeled and really lovely. Street parking would have been a disaster because of all the cars parked on the street, but Scott has a place in his "front yard" which made parking a breeze. Close proximity to Redondo Beach and Hermosa Beach, which was important to us. Next time we come to Redondo Beach as a family (3 adults, 2 kids) we will try to stay at Scott's place again.
