The Space:
This is a ground level condo. When you walk in you have your bedroom, further down the hall your bathroom, then you walk into your living, dining, kitchen area. Your back deck is off of the living room area and opens to a large lawn and a view of the tennis courts and lake in the distance.
Guest Access:
You have the entire condo to yourself as well as your back deck. You have access to all onsite amenities, pool, tennis, laundry and pier. the lawn area and the beach are shared Common areas.
The community laundry room is just steps away with coin-operated washers and dryers.
The Neighborhood:
A unique lakefront condominium resort located conveniently in the heart of Tahoe City, the Tahoe Marina Lakefront offers comfortable accommodations for your summer and winter vacation enjoyment. You will find a multitude of activities to fill a day at any time of the year.
During the summer enjoy our on-site tennis courts, heated pool, sandy beach, and pier (buoy rental also available). Nearby you will find mountain biking, water skiing, hiking, fishing, boating and shopping.
Located in the center of Tahoe City, the Tahoe Marina Lakefront is a perfect place to enjoy the local atmosphere. Your accommodations are within walking distance of the fine restaurants, a movie theater, and a variety of interesting shops in Tahoe City.
An afternoon stroll from your room can carry you over to the Truckee River to see the rafters and spectators alike take in a beautiful summer day. In the evening take a walk through Tahoe City or just relax and enjoy the view of the lake.
Getting Around:
Aside from free parking on premises, you are located in the heart of Tahoe City. TART, our local transit service, serves the North Lake/Truckee area with a bus stop right in front of our office. Street parking is also available May - November.
Other Things to Note:
An additional amenity that we are excited to offer for Summer, is access to a buoy on Lake Tahoe. We have buoys available for $500, to reserve for up to 7 days. Boat registration and Insurance must be under the same name as the renter making the reservation for lodging. A check will be required for payment. Please send a message to inquire on buoy availability.
Interaction with Guests:
Our on-site rental office is open daily from 9AM - 5PM (closed for lunch from 12 - 1PM). A host will be at the office to check you in. For any after-hours arrivals, you will be sent a code to access the lockbox in front of the rental office. Inside will be an envelope with keys and other unit/property details. Please lock the box when done.

Summary: Perfect home base for lake activities and hiking. Charming location and the complex has nice amenities like a clean, heated pool and private beach access. Host has kept interior pristine and makes the whole check in and check out painless. Clearly a considerate person. This is right in the heart of Tahoe City, but it's quiet and feels remote once you're in. Ultimately improved stay being walking distance from the town.

Summary: My partner and I love this place! We’ve stayed at this condo twice in the last month and we’ll definitely be back again! It’s a perfect location right in Tahoe city. The condo has views of the lake and the complex that it’s in is very peaceful and well maintained. Danae is super responsive and accommodating as well. She allowed us to check in early and when we were having some minor issues she was responsive and quick to remedy them. Overall a great place to stay, 11/10 recommend!.

Summary: My husband and I had never been to Lake Tahoe but we are so glad we stayed in Tahoe City and this great condo. Easy walking to the lake (you can see it from the back patio) and cute little shops and restaurants. Parking was easy. Great fireplace (you don't need to buy any, you will have access to the condo's stash). Perfect for a long weekend. Host was very responsive when we had a couple of questions.
