Summary: We stayed for 3 months. Villa was very clean when we arrived. Pool area is not terribly large. Only a few spots where you can get afternoon sun, thats probably the one concern we had.

Summary: Nice home, very clean, plenty of towels. We felt comfortable there and the beds were comfortable, too. Didn't get to use the pool because the water was too cold and we did not pay for the optional pool heat, but that's ok. I wish the kitchen had a few more items such as cookie sheet, cake pan, pizza pan, etc. because we would have actually cooked instead of eating out every day, but we were on vaca so I got a break from cooking! Host was responsive when I had a question about the trash. Home is about 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport so that was good. My only "issue" is the number of cars that park on the street. It's a relatively narrow street so we had to be careful pulling in and out of the driveway because of cars parked on the street across from our house. Despite that, would recommend this home for a vacation stay.

Summary: Stayed here with 3 others on a short golf trip. It had everything that we needed. We didn't use the pool or hot tub. Location was good for our needs in terms of golf courses, restaurants, and groceries.

Summary: Our stay was excellent. This home is very comfortable and roomy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. I just want to mention the pool is not heated so it will cost $34 a day to have it heated. Lee was excellent to deal with and had the heat set up the day after I requested it. You will not be disappointed booking this VRBO.
