A car is optional as everything, including beaches, is within easy walking distance and public transport, that is frequent, is close by. What delights us is that it's close to Marbella but is a hidden gem in a green, upmarket and open area.
The villa is in prime location on the upper slopes providing great views and convenience. The layout and aspect enables independence, privacy and space and yet it is adjacent to the outdoor pools and cafe areas for easy access when needed. It really does feel like your own home with full amenities and independence. The outlook is open bright and airy and with pines at back providing some shade and tranquility.
The property is newly refurbished to a very high standard, modern and clean with high quality full kitchen, bathrooms, furniture and fittings with homely touches and owner's art providing finishing touches to create a luxurious and lovely atmosphere
There are 3 outdoor terraces that follow the sun all day and add a great deal to the living experience. Have breakfast and coffee in the back terrace facing and viewing the pools enjoying the morning sun and with timely shade from the pines makes it perfect. In the large front terrace we have made a small and vibrant garden with a large outdoor dining table with is perfect in the afternoon and evening to enjoy the sun and atmosphere for dining and relaxation. This front terrace is private, gated and secure with parking outside the gate for convenience. There is also a large secure storage cabinet available. To cap off the sun experience there is a large sundeck off the upstairs master bedroom that catches all the afternoon sun and evening sunset, has sea views and lovely aspect that gives complete privacy.
Walk out the back of the villa to lovely and established grounds with 3 pools, gym, sauna, cafe, spacious and well maintained grounds shaded by mature pine trees. Perfect family holiday location situated just a few minutes from the quaint harbour marina of Cabopino and only 800 metres to sandy uncrowded beaches. You will find an abundance of amenities on the doorstep. Close to supermarkets and local restaurants and a short hop into Marbella town itself.
Food and dining is important to us and the kitchen has been upgraded to provide a modern and high spec functional space including built in oven, grill, hob, microwave, fitted dishwasher, fitted washing machine with granite work tops and a large fridge and freezer, with good storage. All the required basics such as kettle, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, cooking equipment, glasses and crockery are available. We enjoy the local produce available and its great to use the kitchen and then to relax using the outside terraces as you wish to dine.
As an option for total holiday enjoyment and ease there is a cafe and 2 restaurants at the resort that can provide full catering and refreshments at very reasonable prices throughout the day and evening, it's nice to mingle if you wish.
There is also a poolside bar and restaurant which serves drinks and snacks late into the evening and does on occasion have live music.
The open plan living area is tastefully decorated with a large sofa and separate lounge chair that enables comfortable seating for 4 inside to relax. There is a glass dining table and seating for indoor dining, if and when needed. The wall mounted HD TV provides a range of international channels and connectivity, we use the. High speed Fibre internet Wifi is included.
The master kingsize bedroom is has a large private sun roof terrace attached with 2 sun loungers and umbrella. There is a private luxury bathroom with walk in shower, sink and toilet for the master bedroom. The master bedroom is fitted with a large sliding door wardrobe with ample hanging space and storage drawers. There is a wall mounted TV and air conditioning unit. For a couple it's your own private space like a luxury apartment
The second bedroom is a double room. It is a bit smaller with storage drawers, bedside tables and some hanging space. It is light, airy and has an outlook to the pools. There is a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink with further storage.
There are a range of activities available in the area including beaches, sand dune reserves and walkways, golf courses, children play areas, walking mountain walking closely and of course restaurants, cafes and shopping.

Summary: We stayed here in February 2025 and the first disappointment was that the restaurant was closed and this was not notified to us and there is only one other restaurant in walking distance.The property and site are very nice and the host Alan and the cleaner Ashley were very helpful. Unfortunately the site is situated the wrong side of the motorway making it difficult to access the beach.The property does not appear to have been recently renovated as stated in the information. The poolside patio is very dated and needs renovation. The kitchen is short of many basic cooking utensils which make cooking a meal very difficult.Although there is justified criticism here, it is correct also to say that if you are ok with the issues shown then this a very nice place to stay and if the improvements needed were to be made this would be a great place to stay but you do need a car!

Summary: The condo was clean, sunny and extremely comfortable. The grounds around the condo were beautifully maintained . The location was great, a short walk to the neighbourhood store or easy access by car to head out and explore . After a day spent out and about we found it very relaxing to be able to sit and watch the tv with access to a great variety of stations. Alan was an amazing host prompt to answer all our questions. As we were in Spain during the Covid-19 pandemic it was very reassuring to have Alan keep us informed about the ever changing circumstances. I would highly recommend this condo and will be sure to return if I vacation in the Marbella area again.

Summary: I stayed here with my husband and 12 year old daughter for 4 nights, it was perfect for us. The villa had everything we needed, my daughter was especially pleased that there was a fire stick provided! We have previously stayed in Elvira which was very close to this villa. Would definitely be staying again and would recommend it

Summary: Having previously stayed here in 2017 (see review Aug17) we have just returned from another 2 week stay. Alan, as always, is the perfect host. Great communication and is always on hand to answer any questions. The house is in great condition still and the new upgrades make the stay even more comfortable. The extra chairs on the roof terrace are a great addition , especially as the sun goes down with a few drinks. The addition of the super fast internet with IPTV is a real bonus, especially for those of us who have to unfortunately carry on with work whilst away and the TV is great, especially if you want to keep up with the sport back home. The complex has been updated since our last stay and is looking very smart, clean and tidy and still lots of loungers around the pool. We would highly recommend this property and the area it is in, nice and quiet but still very easy to get everywhere. The house, in our opinion, is probably in the best position on the whole complex. We very much look forward to returning again soon. Jason and Elaine

Summary: Just back from a 2 week stay. The accommodation was perfect in every way. The choice of sun terraces allowed us to enjoy sun or shade at anytime of the day. The complex, which is immaculate, had all amenities that you would wish for including a reasonably priced restaurant with decent food. The pools were lovely with plenty of sunbeds. We chose not to hire a car and had no problems as there is a supermarket a 2 minute walk away and regular buses or affordable taxis should you wish to explore surrounding areas. I would highly recommend a stay here and thanks to Alan who is an excellent and very attentive host.

Summary: Beautiful surroundings and lovely apartment. Loved the modern feel of it and the coffee machine was a treat each morning. The pool was first class and never had a problem getting sunbeds so long as you were down for 10.30. Not everyone stays at the pool all day so generally beds become available before lunch. Didn’t eat at the restaurant but plenty people were and it looked plentiful and freshly cooked. Lots of restaurants locally - Fimbads was our fav...and the bus is 1.60 euro into Marbella - m220 at the stop beside the supermarket. Peaceful holiday, some amazing restaurants and lovely location for exploring the area if you hire a car.

Summary: Lovely townhouse. Well maintained. Good facilities on site which was a bonus! We stayed in apartment with two adults and two teenage girls. Walking distance to local supermarket. We did not hire a car, which turned out to be a bonus as we walked everywhere and caught local buses and the train to Malaga, so got to know the area fairly well. Alan was a great host. Excellent communication. Always reaponded to messages. Very helpful if we had any issues with reception, pool etc. Highly recommend staying here.
