Summary: House was great. No problems. Your picture shows direct view of the ocean,but someone has built a house in front of it. You might want take a new picture. That wasn’t a big problem, but some people might think so.

Summary: This house has the best location on the beach! The rooms are all very spacious with clean updated bathrooms. The kitchen is incredible with 2 sinks, dishwashers, and fridges. More than enough room for our group of 10. The beach wheelchair was the best addition - and it made it possible for my 83 year old mother in law to walk the beach with us because we could wheel her across the street, up the dune and onto the flat part of the beach. We walked to almost every dinner and ice cream spot. The only issue we had was the main door keypad was dead - but we got into the elevator and opened it from the inside. That was never resolved, even though we reported it immediately. I would highly recommend this house!
