Summary: This was my 4th year staying at Point East, and this complex never disappoints. Marilyn and Ed were amazing to work with. The condo was the best we have stayed at here. All of the furniture was very comfortable and clean.

Summary: Property was great and exactly as listed. Marilyn was awesome. She was always available and a wealth of information The guide book/binder she created was very helpful. People at the condo were very friendly and parking was very easy. Stairs down to the beach were still under repair so you had a two minute walk through the adjacent park to reach the water. Furnishings were fine but bed pillows could use a refresh. All in all a great getaway!!!

Summary: The communication was top notch, even before the stay with Hurricane Milton on its way. We did end up taking a trip to SC the days that Milton was there but when we returned on Friday everything was absolutely perfect, the patio furniture was moved back out and the power was on! The location was perfect for us easy to get around to everywhere we wanted to go. There was tons of toys for my kids to play with and the life jackets were so convenient to have there already. Im so glad they let us stay there even though Hurricane Milton was visiting the same time! Definitely a 10/10!!

Summary: July 20-27 was an absolutely relaxing week at the best place. The very roomy condo was nice and clean. Pictures on the site were as they looked. Kitchen had everything you could and couldn’t think of! Beds were soooo comfortable! Any beach equipment you’d ever want or need was there for you to use.the hosts were two of the best we had ecer dealt with! Would definitely go back and rent with them in a heartbeat!

Summary: Unit is very clean and well decorated with nice upgrades. Owner has unit furnished with all needs for a family to stay comfortably, including all cooking needs. AC works great! unit was always cool and inviting when coming in from beach. Complex pools were very clean and maintained, with quick access to the beach. Host answered all questions and made herself available if needed. Will stay here again.
