Beautiful Ocean Sunsets is a 2015 beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 3½ bath, 3,059 sf contemporary style home that sleeps six (6) overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Each room has a beachfront feeling. The hardwood floors add to the combination of mountain and ocean beach feeling. The granite counters accent the stainless-steel appliances and wood cabinets. The kitchen is open to the living room and allows conversations to take place while preparing meals between visits to the ocean and mountains. The south main bedroom provides welcome, well-deserved tranquility at the end of the day. The view from this room is one of the most romantic and eye-catching views of the harbor coastline in Brookings. The north main bedroom provides both an ocean view and downtown Brookings views. The downstairs bedroom area has ample sleeping and office accommodations. This area will meet the needs of traveling partners or siblings. The backyard (facing the ocean) has a lovely patio area.
