Our Beautiful Ocean Front home has Open Concept Living with an abundance of Sunshine and natural light located directly on Casco Bay. Our home is set up for entertaining or just enjoying with family and friends.
2 Queen bedrooms with ensuite baths, ...In addition we have a loft with a Single Futon couch pull out and a full ensuite bathroom. We also have 2 half baths on first floor. Open floor plan with Kitchen, Dining, Living room, gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen with top of line Viking appliances, gas range, 2 sinks, stainless throughtout, Laundry area, 2 car garage. Dining area seats up to 8 guests. Sonos System inside downstairs. 2 outside dining areas, one seats 12, the other 4. Built-in Hot tub on pool deck. Heated Pool with Infinity Edge overlooking beautiful Casco Bay. Private Beach in front of house, with easy access by stairs. Tv in Primary Bedroom and Downstairs living area.

Summary: One in a million Maine coast rental. Exquisite property with spectacular waterfront view and infinity heated pool with spa. Beautifully decorated interior with all of the amenities and more plus A/C. Quiet location just12 minutes to downtown Portland, Maine and access to very fine seafood restaurants. This is the nicest home we have ever rented, hands down.

Summary: This property is exquisite! When the photos look too good to be true online, it makes one a bit nervous. This house is everything you could want and more! Top of the line furnishings, appliances, decor, view, outdoor and indoor space. We felt welcome by the owner and could not have been happier. A short drive to fabulous restaurants in Portland and a nice walk to the local market (circa 1800s), the privacy of the property all combined to make this a place we would be delighted to stay again.
