Positive: Excellent communication with owner and very clean in arrival.

Negative: Lower dishwasher rack needed to be held at all times when loading and unloading. It would slide out on to the floor if not stabilized.

Summary: Great location and good layout, well kept up property.

Positive: The location was great--about 5 minutes from the beach. The pool area was wonderful as it was in the 90's most days. We had 7 kids with us and they thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the BB court and sand volleyball areas. The master suites are huge and the other ensuite bedrooms are good size. There are 7 bathrooms in the home--this made it more convenient for everyone. The AC was not working when we arrived but the contact people in Corolla had it up and running by evening. There was another issue with a shower that was quickly fixed. Communication with the contact people in Corolla was excellent. The home was very clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen utensils. The appliances are relatively new and in good repair. We would enthusiastically recommend this rental .

Negative: Can't think of anything we did not like.

Positive: Location was great. There was plenty of room and it was clean. The pool was wonderful!

Negative: The grill worked, but really should be replaced. It was pretty old and grimey. I feel there should have been at least one extra full roll of TP in each bathroom.
