Sail, fish, ski or do nothing but relax on "The Cottage's" spacious deck overlooking Lake Guntersville. The Cottage is located at North Alabama Sailing Marina and is new throughout the two bedroom two bath 1200 square foot home. Large picture windows offer a million dollar view of the lake.
Bring your own boat, sail or motor, and launch from our private ramp and have parking for the vehicle and trailer adjacent to the Cottage. Slip space is provided throughout your stay. Walk out in the morning with a cup of coffee and get on your boat ready for the day. A charcoal grill and lakeside fire pit are provided for evening entertaining. Enjoy downtown Guntersville antique shopping, local music and casual dining within a short three mile drive or enjoy a day reading on the deck overlooking Lake Guntersville.
The house has all the amenities of home. It comes with a large front loading washer and dryer, and the kitchen has a full size electric stove, microwave and refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, and all the essentials to prepare a meal. The dining room has seating for six.
Gather in the large living room and sink in the comfy leather sofa and enjoy the view of beautiful Lake Guntersville. Watch movies on the large flat screen TV or venture out on the deck for dinner and drinks and while away the evening.
There are two spacious bedrooms. The master has a beautiful antique king bed and in-suite bath. The second bedroom has single twin and twin bunk beds with an adjacent full bath.

Summary: This was probably the best Vrbo we have stayed at! It was very clean and updated, the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked extremely well, the property manager was great with communication and did I mention the view?? We will definitely be back!

Summary: We have stayed here multiple times over the past few years and it is our favorite home away from home. The location is great, the cottage is always clean and so well appointed. The bed is comfy and I love cooking in the kitchen. You can walk to Fire By the Lake for dinner and the food is amazing. My husband loves being able to launch the boat right there at the cottage. We’ll keep coming back as long as it’s available. The owners are also awesome at communicating, and we have never had any issues with anything.

Summary: We absolutely LOVE The Cottage. We stay here at least once a year and it is the only place we go that I’m sad to leave. I love my own home and this is as close as you could get. The Cottage is cozy, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The view is beautiful! My husband loves being able to launch the boat at the marina and we also love Fire on the Lake. Will be coming back soon and we highly recommend. 10/10

Summary: Great place to stay for a fishing tournament. WIFI was not working but wasn’t a big deal because I used my phone to stream to the tv. I didn’t utilize the slip because I wasn’t sure where it was exactly so detailed description on that would be helpful. I’ll be back if I fish the tournament again next year.
