Summary: We stayed for a week in the apartment which is actually the basement of a villa in Boadilla, a suburb of Madrid. The apartment was brand new and very clean. The swimming pool is in the garden and is freely available. The owner and his family are very friendly and helpful people. All in all, we liked the apartment and the facilities. Only drawback is that you'll need a car to reach the spot comfortably, though there is a light rail station at 3 km distance. Madrid is about half an hour by car and 50 minutes by rail.

Summary: Beautiful new modern apartment in an exclusive quiet neighborhood. The pool is refreshing and yard with fruit trees is very well maintained , feels like staying in a private resort . The owner is very attentive , friendly and at one's service for any needs that arise . Quality towels and bed linens / comforters , slept well .
