My home is on a full acre of land, 3000 square ft. 4 large bedrooms, 1 king, 2 queens, 1 full. Three full bathrooms. Living room, dining room, family room with 65” late model tv, internet, laundry room, table tennis, pool table, board games and darts in the lower level. Archery range in back yard of up to 120 ft long. Golf community, secluded, quiet, woods, wild life, and charming. Red rocks in backyard, perfect for hiking and outdoor activities. A neighborhood that is one of the best kept secrets in Colorado. 50 min from Denver, and 25 min from Colorado Springs. 90 min from ski slopes.
If you like to be away from the big city and wake up in the morning to the sound of birds chirping, frequent wild life visitors(see pictures) - this is your place!!

Summary: The home is beautiful! It had everything we needed to have a wonderful first time vacation to Colorado. Benny is wonderful! I could contact him any time if I needed to. He was so pleasant to chat with and shared with us info about things to do. We hope to definetly return sometime!

Summary: Very nice place. Beautiful location and area. Host was very responsive and accommodating. It is a little ways from a town but that is exactly what we were looking for. Very nice screened in patio that was nice at night for hanging out and playing cards. We had a great time.

Summary: This home was the perfect fit for our family. The house is nestled against red rocks on a quiet street near a small pond with access to the woods from the cul de sac at the end of the street. The owner is very cordial and accessible, in case we had questions about the house. He responded right away to my text when I had a question. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made the preparation and serving of our meals so easy. We enjoyed having our meals in the screened porch. Very peaceful. The pool table and ping pong table were an added bonus! We would love to stay here again for our next family reunion.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was very comfortable and spacious with an awesome basement. The backyard cannot be explained with pictures but the red rocks that are a part of the house were awesome. The neighbors called on us the first night because of all the activity but Benny communicated effectively with us, and them, to make sure there were no other issues. Bennys friendly and at ease style plus the comfort of his home made this place one of our favorite family vacations ever. We would recommend this to anyone and cannot wait to come back again!

Summary: Loved staying here. The house is a gem and we will most definitely return for another vacation. The patio was our favorite spot to enjoy the summer evenings. The host was a terrific communicator and always fast to respond to any questions we had.

Summary: The house was great for our family and the wonderful mountain scenery was tremendous. The back screen-in deck was my favorite part of the experience. The house was in great shape and the friendly neighbors and fun outdoor walks along the road made our vacation complete. With limited phone reception, the WiFi served us well and the kitchen and basement were perfect for our vacation. It's truly a mountain home as we walked a 1/2 mile up the road to the base of the mountain which sits to the West. The Red Rocks behind the home are incredibly close and it feels like you are living in the Rockies. I would recommend this home to anyone else in my family and friends as it was a tremendous Colorado Vacation.

Summary: My daughter, husband and I stayed at the house for a week in June of 2021. The house is built on an interesting lot with huge boulders in the back. There are nice furnishings on the main floor. The owner is very nice until you have some complaints. Then he went on the defensive with lame excuses and implied we were not being truthful. I was very insulted. Things were not as clean as they should have been for renters, especially the bathrooms. We were there to visit family, and had plenty to do rather than dream up complaints that weren't legitimate.
