Cute little mountain house. Perfect location for your mountain get away. Only 30 minutes from Copper Mountain, 45 minutes from Vail and 15 minutes from Ski Copper and next to Dutch Henry tubing hill. This is a new house with full washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen. Get a restful night sleep in one of the 2 bedrooms. Available beds are a queen in the master and bunk bed(twin over full) in the second bedroom. High speed wireless internet, Smart TV, DVD, movies and a selection of books are available. Perfect house for a small family, couple or friends time. This is 1/2 of a new duplex. Maximum of 2 Dogs are welcome with a $100 pet fee, but please do not let allow on furniture.
*Please note: The house is equipped with outdoor cameras for added security. 1 in the front of the house and 1 in the back of the house. These do not look into interior spaces.

Summary: This was a perfect spot for my husband and I and our 2 kids for a quick weekend away visiting friends in Leadville. Great location (close to town and outdoor activities) and owners were very responsive when needed. The hot tub was a great perk! We would definitely rent here again.

Summary: We had the absolute best time! The hot tub was amazing and having a washer/dryer made life easier during our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we could have needed. I would highly recommend staying here for a mountain getaway!

Summary: The location was perfect for the LT 100 race. It was clean, accessible, and the perfect spot for wife, daughter, pups, and me. We enjoyed our stay and will look to be back when we visit Leadville next year!

Summary: And visit Leadville. The town was more than we expected! Shops, restaurants and the very cool historical Tabor opera house. The accommodations were extremely clean and very comfortable! This is a great find! We enjoyed the town and Turquoise Lake. We had amazing weather. Highly recommend!

Summary: The city of Leadville hosts multiple race series over the summer. I can speak for the 50 mile run - this location was less than .25 from the start/finish. We didn't need to deal with parking or shuttles and that was so nice. The home had all that we needed. The only thing that I didn't love (which has nothing to do with the owner or the vrbo), is that the neighbors were pretty loud. The property is a duplex and the neighbors seemed to enjoy a lot of door-slamming all through the day and night. The owner did have a noise machine in the room, and that helped. Thanks!
