Summary: Beautiful home and yard is outstanding! However, beware! WiFi passwords provided did not work and host did not respond to queries sent both by email and text. He did respond a day later with request that we move 4 garbage bins down to the street---all were completely full and very heavy! Never before have been asked to deal with other peoples garbage! There were many, many remotes but absolutely no instructions for any of them. The pool was nice but hot tub jets weren't working. The outdoor heater's propane tank was empty! The fire pit worked fine. As pictured, there were lots of yard toys but in reality they were in bits and pieces in a messy pile. The outdoor grill worked but the built-in cooler smelled of beer and had a cigarette in it! The pictured tred mill was inside and had no cord. Tried to watch a movie but connection kept cutting off so gave up. And lastly, there is some type of rodent problem and the enclosed back area smelled of chemicals so glad we didn't have to try to sleep there! It was essentially unusable except as passage to outdoors.

Summary: I had a great weekend staying here. Very quiet and secluded, but not too far from town. Pool was nice and warm. Jacuzzi not so much.

Summary: This property allowed us to enjoyed a relaxing time with family,. The kids enjoyed trampoline, air hockey and pool. Adults enjoyed the views, and great spaces to sit and chat. The kitchen was great for two families, lots of space. We also used the grill outside for Father’s Day. We easily exchanged messages with the owners a few times, about check in and a few things that were not working., like the automatic shades and a fan. We also never found the controls for the main TV, the host did offer to help with these things. There is also a neighbor that shares the driveway who was nice and helped when we arrived. All in all we had a fun and relaxing time.

Summary: The house was large, clean, and mostly well-stocked. There were some shortages (such as paper towels, trash bags, and spices) that we hadn't brought with us, but for the most part everything we needed was there. The owner was very responsive when we needed help, such as when we couldn't get the wifi to work the first night. He made an obvious effort to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

Summary: My family and I needed a quick getaway and a home that had full entertainment without leaving the house. This house has it. We enjoyed all the games in and out of the house, pool, and outdoor bar/bbq. The only thing to keep in mind is if you and your group will be cooking majority of the time you will need to bring most everything. The kitchen is not stocked yet with essentials (oil, cooking spray, paper towels, sharp knives, etc.) like most other rentals and neither are the linen closets (no additional linen, minimal towels, no toilet paper, etc). Overall, a very entertaining home and never a dull moment!
