Positive: The apartment offers everything you need to spend a wonderful and comfortable holiday. Even dishwasher tablets, detergent, and shower gel were available. Everything was very clean, including the dishes. The location is perfect for people who want to have a quiet vacation without the party crowd. Antonella was a wonderful host, every guest as well as the owners of the apartments that Antonella looks after can count themselves lucky. We'd love to come back.

Positive: The apartment was clean, bright and comfortable, ideally placed for where we needed to be in Mortlake. We went by train and had thought that we would be able to get a taxi from the station but there were not any about so we walked and the flat was closer than we had thought - only about a15 min walk.

Negative: Gaining access was difficult as the entry key did not work at first - it would not turn. We rang the help line and talked to a lovely lady who advised us to ring the bell for one of the other flats and a very kind gentleman came and let us in and showed us how to use the key - it needed jiggling for the door to open. Very good support.

Positive: Perfect location in the resort of San Augustin. Comfortable apartment with two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and balcony. The building is on a slope which provides a pleasant view of the beach and ocean. BTW – walking distance to the beach. Full and honest description of the facilities - there is everything you need, including a private parking space. Extremely friendly and helpful landlord's manager, providing information about local attractions.

Negative: Features not a drawbacks. Balcony is facing south. It can be hot at noon. Music and singing from beachside venues can be heard until around 10:30 p.m. – so what ? Enjoy and/or join.

Positive: It was near Richmond . Shower pressure was good and kitchen roomy.

Negative: It is definitely only for 2 people not 4 and we did pay £40 extra per night. It was very small , noisy and stuffy . Mattress and pillows were not good and kettle lid was broken and dangerous.
