Enjoy the stylish decor of this classic 5 bedroom lake house. Ample room for your family and friends, with a large covered dock on a quiet cove, just around the corner from Mary Alice Park.
This location is a 10 out of 10. Situated right between exit 14 and 15 on the East side of highway 400 north. You are on the water in minutes from Atlanta. There is no closer access to beautiful Lake Lanier from downtown Atlanta.
The walk to the dock is a short 90 seconds, but not flat. Its not steep enough for stairs, but close. It’s a very typical lake Lanier dock path, but I don’t want anyone thinking that it is a flat lot. US govt topography site shows a 96 foot elevation gain lake to house, so that’s the equivalent of taking the stairs in a 8 story building.

Summary: This was the perfect lake getaway! The house was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our group. We had 11 people in our group - two adult couples and then 7 "kids" ages 15-20. The kitchen island is huge and great for preparing food and as a place to eat as well as gather around for games. The basement living space and room with bunks was great for the kids to have their own space away as well. The location is on a quiet cove which was perfect for SUPs and kayaks but also was quick to get to the larger part of the lake with the boat we rented. The walk to the lake/dock is a bit of a hike (not long just somewhat steep) something to be aware of if you have younger kids or older adults maybe but we just counted it as our daily exercise. There are plenty of towels and dishes and really just everything that we needed. Owner communication was great though we didn't really need to contact them for much. Highly recommend and would rebook!

Summary: This is a Great House in a Great Location close to shopping and restaurants. The house is updated, includes everything you need, and has plenty of room. Although the path to the Dock is steep, we really enjoyed our time on the New Upper Deck and the Paddle Boards, Kayak, and Lilly Pad were fun for all. I highly recommend this property and we cannot wait to return.

Summary: My in-laws came in from out of town and had never visited Georgia before. Since my husband and I had been there before we wanted to be sure we gave them a similar North Georgia experience. This home and property were the best of both worlds. You felt like you were in a secluded area with lots of trees and the beautiful lake as your backdrop, but two turns up the road you were back to the convenience of everyday life with many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We had 8 people in total. Our 8 year old loved the bunk beds downstairs and claimed that area as his own. All of the beds, including the bunk beds, were so comfortable. The way the kitchen was setup made it easy for us to all be in the same space at the same time and there was enough seating for everyone. It was a little chilly because it was Thanksgiving weekend, but we were able to get one of the paddle boards out for our 8 year old and he was ecstatic to say the least. The home is about 1 hour exactly from Hartsfield Jackson airport - with no traffic. Trevor, who is the property owner, was so great to work with. We realized last minute that we needed an iron and he brought one over to us on Thanksgiving day! All in all it was an awesome stay with enough great memories to last us a lifetime. Trevor - Thank you again for everything! We will definitely be back!

Summary: We checked in on Thanksgiving Day and ate lunch here. (We got it to go.) Making new traditions this year. The house was clean and so big! We loved the way it was decorated. We went outside and played around on the boat dock wishing it were warmer so that we could paddle boat. Trevor was on top of any question that we had and was the greatest host.

Summary: It was an amazing place. Walk to the water was far but a good stay. One thing was that the owner showed up at the house randomly with his family to use the boat. Which is okay but we would have just liked for him to let us know that before hand. It was a awkward.

Summary: Perfect weekend getaway location on Lake Lanier! The house backed up to the lake with docks that we were able to use for our own personal boat. Kayaks and paddle boards were also available for us to use in the lake! Trevor was very accommodating, and easy to communicate with if needed during our stay!
