TOTALLY NEW!!! The Orange House is a magical place next to Arnia beach, in a unique environment, offering superb sea views. The house is built and decorated with love to enjoy the excellent views over the cliffs of the Arnia and the magnificent sunsets. It has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed (135x200) and one with two bunk beds 90x200. Also the living room has a sofa bed 140x200. It has a bathroom with shower. Is fully equipped with sheets, duvets, towels, heating, kitchen with microwave, two refrigerators, pots, pans, paella pan, blender, TV 22 ', DVD, Cable TV, Hi-Fi, washer / dryer, hair dryer, iron, etc.
The garden has large areas to enjoy a relaxing breakfast in the sun on the eastern corner, or lunch and dinner outdoors in the shade of fig trees in the west. It has outdoor furniture table, chairs, sunbeds, hammock, barbecue.

Summary: Great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach/restaurants and a 15 minute drive to Santander. The house is great for families… a comfortable size for a family with one toddler or 2 young children (we especially appreciated the box of toys!). The kitchen is a little basic - mini fridge with freezer compartment, no oven, no dishwasher. This wasn’t a problem for us, but is worth noting if you intend to cook most meals. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed the views!

Summary: We spent 4 four days in this beautiful place. The house is very cozy and well furnished and offers all you need. You have a wonderful to the ocean from the living room, the main bed room or the garden. The hosts very attentive and helpful. Thank you! The area around is very beautiful, you could hiking along the cliffs, have spectacular views and spend time at one of the beaches. Near by is a great restaurant on the cliffs! We can highly recommend this place!

Summary: La Casita Naranja is the perfect place to spend family vacations by the sea and in the countryside. In fact, the combination of both (countryside and ocean) is what makes the place and the whole area so exceptional. We were 2 adults and 2 children (2 and 5 years) and we can only repeat what the other commentators have said. The house is wonderful with spectacular views and is situated close to two beautiful beaches. There is a little garden in front of the house where the children can play. Maria and Miguel (the owners) and their friend Marta were very attentive and helpful - many thanks again! We definitely will come back!

Summary: We were 2 adults and 2 children and we had a wonderful time in this beautiful house! We elected to stay in this house because of the location and scenery, rather than staying at the hotel where my husband was attending a conference, in Santander. It's only about 20 minutes from there, and we were glad to drive him in to work each day and "home" at the end of his day. It made us feel like we were locals. We had everything we needed at the house, and found the owners and the woman who takes care of the house to all be very helpful and accessible. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house was completely clean. Loved the colors everywhere in the house, especially the tiles in the bathroom and the string lights that hung in the living room. We would love to recommend this house to anyone who will be visiting the area. This is such a beautiful part of Spain, and as we travelled along the coast, we found so many lovely towns and beaches. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful seaside home with us, Maria and Miguel!
