Summary: This was our third time spending our holidays at this wonderful home. Everything, including the extremly friendly lessor (Luigi) was perfect. We really can't name a single point of criticism. We hope to return many, many times.

Summary: This is one very nice house with everything one needs for a relaxing , comfortable holiday , Very spacious and well appointed and not forgetting one nice english lawn. Luigi is one nice guy and very helpful. The town is a easy 10/15 min walk into the centre where there are many lovely bars and places to eat with friendly people. The beach area as one would expect is well laid out with nice sand and warm clear water to swim in. If we were to return to this area, This is the place to stay.

Summary: The house is very nice and clean, with modern cut and interior. It is not a typical holiday home, but more a house you could also live in for longer. For 4-5 people there is more than enough space with 1 living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. You find everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen including dish washer, a laundry machine and air condition in all rooms. The garden and terrace is quiet and has sunshine from morning to evening. The neighbourhood is not a hotel area but a nice living area. By foot it takes just a few minutes to the next super market, about 10 minutes to the centre of the city with lots of restaurants and shops and just a bit longer to the beach. The owner of the house is very kind. All in all we had a very pleasurable stay and will surely be back.

Summary: Our family visited for 10 days at the end of August 2012. We had a fantastic time at this holiday home in Diano Marina. Upon arrival we were met by Luigi (owner) who welcomed us and showed us everything we needed in the house to make our time comfortable. The best part was he also left us a nice bottle of wine and olive oil as a welcome gift. The location of the house was just perfect, a 10 minute walk into the centre of Diano Marina and the beach so it was nice and quiet at night but not too far from the centre of town to walk. Luigi was also very accommodating to all our requests, we needed to get online while we were staying there so he provided us with a mobile internet connection for our laptop, also he brought over his BBQ so we could use that one evening when we felt like relaxing at the house. I would certainly recommend this house as its clean, modern, well equipped and has a good location not to mention Luigi being a great host. The only thing I would say was missing is a swimming pool but its only 10 mins walk from the beach so even that is not a problem. Our family will certainly be visiting again. Thank you again Luigi & Family. Richard & Family.
