Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was large, beautiful and everything we wanted. The only problem was the cleanliness and a few broken things such as cabinets and bed frames. The master bedroom bed was coated in black animal hair, it was all over the blanket, pillow and mattress protector. We had to ask for it to all be switched out. The house itself clearly had been sitting empty due to the season as it had layers of dust and the floors had to be swept when I got there. The golf cart headlights were blown on one side and the grill barely worked. I will stay there again but with high hopes that next time the house will be clean and everything in working order.

Summary: The house was beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. There were 8 of us including 2 small children and everyone had their own space. The kids had a blast riding around in the golf cart. Being able to walk to paradise grill was a nice bonus.

The layout of this home was perfect with each room having its bathroom and king size bed! The proximity to the beach and Paradise was perfect for our split decision group. My fiance really enjoyed morning golf cart rides checking out the community - so much that he hasn’t stopped talking about us buying a house in Bayside since we left. We’ve already started talking about coming back for another week in September!
