In a beautiful hillside location above the sea, above the idyllic Valtaki sandy bay, on a hill covered with olive trees is the lovingly furnished holiday home AMANDA. Surrounded by a beautiful terraced garden plot, overgrown with orange, apricot, medlar, and lemon trees, banana trees and many Mediterranean plants, the detached house AMANDA overlooks the Laconic bay. From the large, surrounding, covered terrace, the view opens up to the sea and the first headlands of the Mani region.
The two-storey cottage is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, access to the house is a staircase. Colorful, magnificent oleander plants line the entrance to the property. On the elevated ground floor is the spacious living room with a high, wood-paneled ceiling and an open kitchen corner. The living room is adjoined to the bedroom with double bed, the small children's bedroom (2 single beds, 1.80m long) and the bathroom. It also leads from the living room directly onto the large, covered terrace with beautiful sea views. Side of the house is a small storage and equipment shed. In the basement of the house is a storage room, which is not rented.
The detached house AMANDA is ideal for families with children who want to spend a nice holiday close to the sea and surrounded by nature.
On the fine sandy beach directly below the holiday home you can swim in the clear water in Rhe and sunbathe in the small dunes. A tavern above the beach, halfway to your holiday home, offers a good, Greek cuisine. The location of the house is suitable for excursions, as it is almost the gateway to both Mani, as well as in the neighboring eastern finger of Laconia, Monemvassia and the beautiful island of Elafonissos. Not to be missed is the Byzantine Mistras to the north.

Summary: Von mir bekommen Fanny und Nico als sehr hilfsbereite und sehr liebe Vermieter (jetzt sind es Freunde) 5 Sterne.! Haus und Garten sind wunderschön und werden mit Liebe gepflegt. 5 Sterne.! Unser nächster GR Urlaub wird auf jeden Fall wieder bei Fanny und Nico sein, mit dem Unterschied, dass wir dieses Mal mindestens 4 Wochen bleiben werden. Summary: Wir haben im Juli 2022 eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Die ruhige Lage auf dem Hügel mit Blick aufs Meer und die gute Ausstattung des Hauses haben uns überzeugt. Der Kontakt vor Ort war auch sehr nett und das Haus wurde sogar innerhalb der Woche einmal geputzt. Eine nette kleine Badbucht war fußläufig zum morgendlichen Schwimmen zu erreichen. Lediglich die vielen Wespen auf der Terrasse haben gestört. Zum Essen können wir besonders das Restaurant Olive in Gythio emmpfehlen.

Summary: ein sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus .Alles in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Der Garten sehr gepflegt und wunderschön! Auch die Lage ist gut. Es gibt fußläufig schöne kleine Strände.

Summary: Ein perfektes Haus, sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, sehr sauber und nichts ist abgewohnt. Von der Terrasse aus ein herrlicher Blick auf das Meer. eine kleine romantische Bucht mit klarstem Wasser laden zum Schwimmen und Sonne tanken ein. Die Taverne ist in 3 Minuten Fußmarsch zu erreichen.

Summary: Tolles Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, prächtiger Garten. Ruhig, aber fußläufig zu einer sehr schönen kleinen Bucht mit Sandstrand (ideal für kleine Kinder) gelegen.

Summary: Herrlich und ruhig gelegenes Haus mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Bucht mit dem Schiffswrack. Fußläufig ist ein schöner Strand zu erreichen und einige andere mit dem Auto nicht weit entfernt, alles lohnenswerte Badeziele. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist gut mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Nach Gythion sind es 15 Minuten mit dem Auto, wo alles, vom Restaurant bis zum Supermarkt vorhanden ist. Wir haben den Aufenhalt sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen.
