Located just 15 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from Park City and an easy 10 minutes from Downtown , the University of Utah, Primary Children’s Hospital and the U of U hospital. An easy walking distance to Sugarhouse Park, Allen Park, Westminster University ... ample, convenient shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Close access to I-80, I-15, and I-215 freeways and 30-40 minute drive to the ski resorts. Mass transit around the corner is a short walking distance from the house.

Summary: WE rented this 4 bdrm house to take advantage of skiing nearby. Great location for easy trips into the mtns. Cool area of SLC, lots nearby.Nice hot tub was used a lot after our skiing,highly recommend!

Summary: We absolutely loved staying at this gorgeous home in the Sugar House neighborhood. The house is beautifully appointed, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The linens and pillows are top-notch. We enjoyed a beautiful summer evening in the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Summary: This home is exactly as advertised -Beautiful home in a prime location. Comfortable beds/linens. Well appointed Kitchen and our host left us some water bottles in the fridge. Bathrooms were clean and our host provided soap, shampoo, conditioner. Fantastic communication with the host! A few notes: The home is on multiple levels (my teens opted to sleep in the basement bedrooms). Backyard was beautiful, with green space and was as pictured.

Summary: They truly thought of everything in this house! We were so happy to stay here for 2 weeks while on a business trip. They provided a crib and high chair for our 2 year old, which was a great plus to not have to worry about! This house is located in the perfect spot. Close to shops, parks, freeway access and not too far from downtown. We would absolutely stay here again!
