In this one-bedroom apartment, fully renovated in a modern and stylish way, you can feel at home. It is fully equipped with everything you need so you will enjoy your stay whether you are on business or leisure. It can host up to six adults.
It is located in 'The Greens', one of the prime locations in Dubai with easy access to metro, bus and the main attractions of the city. The neighbourhood is very quiet and surrounded by walking distance with restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets.
The Apartment:
This fantastic 75sqm one-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 6 adults and includes one parking space.
The big living room is equipped with a 150x200cm sofa bed and an inflatable mattress available in case you need extra space. It has a cozy, comfortable and modern decoration with a huge 55" TV when you can watch your favorites series in Netflix and Youtube or just browse internet usingThe the WIFI internet connection available in the apartment.
The master bedroom, with en-suited bathroom, contains a 180x200cm King Size bed with a huge wardrobe where you can store all your clothes and belongings during your stay.
At the balcony enjoy nice views of the pool and community area, perfect for a nice dinner or just to chill with your family and friends.
The modern kitchen opens into the dining area and it permits an easy and fast way to bring your lunch or dinner to the table.
A baby travel cot is available upon request at the time of booking.

On site facilities include adult and children swimming pool with lifeguard, sun beds and shading, a fully equipped gym, yoga room, basketball court, children’s playground and BBQ area.
