Summary: Woning was goed onderhouden. Ruim en voldoende gerief voorzien, behalve enkele defecte water kranen. Ideaal met kids want klein riviertje voor waterpret, veel speelweide en weg van de straat en bijna geen doorgaand verkeer. Speelbos in onmiddellijke omgeving. Vlotte eigenaar. Geen abnormale opmerkingen...behalve de kostprijs die belvilla oplegt...jammer maar wordt meegenomen naar eventuele volgende reservatie...

Summary: mooie omgeving, prachtig uitzicht wanneer je van binnen naar buiten kijkt. de woning was ooit helemaal in orde, maar sindsdien is er geen onderhoud meer geweest, vele dingen hebben dringend een herstelbeurt nodig.

Summary: Begin oktober met de familie naar Gouvy getrokken om een gezellig weekend door te brengen. Alvast, dat dachten we. Bij aankomst, na lang zoeken(!), was de eigenaar aanwezig, vriendelijke man die moeite doet om zich verstaanbaar te maken in het Nederlands. Bij eerste zicht aan het huis leek alles aanwezig en in orde te zijn maar niets was minder waar. Om te beginnen moest er bijbetaald worden voor de “wellness”, deze informatie is blijkbaar terug te vinden onder “tips van de huiseigenaar”. Maar voor de prijs die wij hadden betaald had de “wellness” gerust aanwezig mogen zijn. Vervolgens wordt het huisje verhuurd met een capaciteit voor 20 personen. Wij waren met 20. De living biedt maar een 14-tal plaatsen, lang niet genoeg om met zen allen gezellig in de zetel te zitten. Er waren helaas ook maar 16 stoelen aanwezig in het huis. Samen eten was dus ook al geen optie, een deel moest in de zetel vertoeven tijdens het eten, met bestek en bord op de schoot. Over die borden gesproken, best smakelijk wanneer de etensresten van de vorige bezoekers nog aan de borden hangt en wanneer de tassen vettig en vol stof nog in de kast staan. Degoutant! Verder stond er een defecte schommel in de tuin, lekkende kranen in het huis. WC-brillen die los hingen. En wanneer je op de slaapkamer boven (die met dubbelbed en 2 enkel bedden) het raam openzet, dan komt de walm van brandstofgeur te tegemoet omdat dit raam uitkomt op de stookkamer. Voor ons geldt voor dit huis werkelijk, 1 keer en nooit meer! Voor de prijs die je hier betaald, heb je op een andere locatie zeker meer waar voor je geld. Ik zou deze vakantiewoning enkel aanraden aan een studenten –en/of jeugdverenigingen. Ga je met een ietwat grotere familie op vakantie en heb je nood aan comfort en hygiëne dan zou ik toch verder zoeken want dat ga je hier helaas niet vinden. Wij raden deze woning af! Mocht je toch naar deze woning gaan om je vakantie door te brengen, best rijden met de GPS ingesteld op de coördinaten, het adres stuurt je naar een andere woning.

Summary: Dit huis (let op slechts maar een deel van het gebouw op de foto wordt hier verhuurd) is te klein voor 20 personen, het is volledig afgeleefd met verouderd en kapot meubilair kasten vallen uit elkaar, wc bril ontbreekt, toilet staat los, douches in slechte staat. Bij aankomst hing er een erg stinkende geur, mogelijks combinatie van mazout, vuil en insectenverdelger. Huis zit bomvol vliegen, tot in de slaapkamers, vuil en geen goeie nachtrust. Speelinfrastructuur is versleten en gevaarlijk schommel kan elk moment omvallen, poot trampoline geplooid Eigenaar vraagt extra geld voor afval en wellness… en maakte ‘per ongeluk’ een rekenfout van 100 euro bij de afrekening. Vuil afvalkot op het terras. Geen borstel of kuisgerief aanwezig. Afvalcontainer zat bomvol, stonk en stond voor de deur…Er waren werken aan de gang aan het huis tijdens ons verblijf…Oprit en terras onafgewerkt. Eigenaar had geen horen naar onze opmerkingen. Mooie omgeving.

Summary: De ligging van het huis is de grootste troef, mooi uitzicht en goede omgeving om te wandelen. Ook van binnen is het huisje goed in orde met open haard en welness. De grote aaneengesloten leefruimte is leuk al je graag met de hele groep samen zit. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en correct, doch soms wat achterdochtig.
