Summary: The house & property are beautiful & very clean & tidy. We had plenty of room to move around. We enjoyed exploring the tree house & the pool was amazing! The host was so helpful & congenial, too! We felt welcome!

Summary: This house is amazing with three separate living quarters and the pool is absolutely perfect! Our stay included 20 people and the house accommodated everyone so well! The dining room table allows for everyone to gather and just have a great time! There’s plenty of parking and room for all types of activities. If there is anything negative to say, it would be that the upstairs in the main house gets a little warm and the path to the treehouse is a little sketchy BUT our stay happened to be when it was very humid and rainy, so don’t let that over shadow how great our stay was! The host, Melissa, was fantastic! I can’t say enough about this property. If you need a place big enough to accommodate everyone in your group, don’t hesitate…BOOK IT!

Summary: We love this place so much that we have stay once a year at "Gathering Place" for the last 3 years! Will be booking it for next year! The host is fabulous and was very on the spot! Great welcome book! Explains everything very clearly! Any contact with her and she was easy!

Summary: We loved all the little things! Spice racks, containers for food, firewood and ice provided. The view of the lake is spectacular. We loved our pool days and nights with the singing bullfrogs. The game room was a big hit. Many hours were spent in the front 'porch' on the porch swing, The fire pit was a great place to hang out.The family group rated the property #1 in all our past vacation... Melissa was great with all responses. Thank you for sharing with our family.

Summary: 10 out of 10. Everything was perfect. The upstairs A/C stopped working and I messaged the owners and had a A/C repair man there immediately. It was fixed and we never missed a beat. The house had everything you need. We loved it so much we have already booked next year! Thank you!

Summary: GREAT place!! WONDERFUL host!! So well stocked!! And what an incredible view of the lake!! Couldn't have been happier!! Many thanks to Melissa for providing an early check-in and check-out! I highly recommend this property for a retreat with family or friends! Plenty of space in the great room, dining room and patio for fun gatherings. The only thing disappointing was no hot tub. It would be a GREAT addition to this fantastic property as it was too cool to enjoy the pool.

Summary: This was a beautiful property with plenty of space for the entire family. Enough room to spend time with family and cook meals but also leave to get some rest. Owners answered questions quickly and equipped the house with ample equipment to minimize what we needed to bring for our family Thanksgiving.

Summary: Everyone kept saying “this is the best Tenkiller trip we’ve ever done”, and I know it was in large part due to our fabulous accommodations. Melissa is a wonderful host. The home couldn’t be more perfect. Everyone had a marvelous vacation. We will definitely stay here again.
