Summary: THIS PROPERTY IS POORLY MAINTAINED AND INADEQUATELY CLEANED. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RENTING IT UNTIL THE OWNERS FIX A SIGNIFICANT NUMBER OF DEFICIENCIES. MAJOR EXAMPLES: >SCREENED IN EATING AREA BY THE POND…HEATERS ARE NOT FUNCTIONAL AND GAS IS RELEASED WHEN TURNED ON, RENDERING THIS AREA DANGEROUS AND UNUSABLE. THE AREA WAS NOT CLEAN UPON ARRIVAL, CHAIRS, TABLE AND COUNTERS WERE ALL DIRTY. > THE GRILL BY THE POOL AT THE MAIN HOUSE WAS DIRTY AND NEEDED TO BE CLEANED BY US BEFORE WE COULD USE IT . > THE GRILL AREA BY THE LARGER POOL IS A DISASTER. DIRTY, SMELLY WATER FROM THE SINK DRAINS DIRECTLY ONTO THE FLOOR. THE EQUIPMENT IS FILTHY AND THEREFORE UNUSABLE. Summary: The estate was perfect for our group. Plenty of room with many activities for everyone. The house was clean and more or less well maintained. It has seen some wear over the years and not everything is working as it once did but, in general, it was exactly what we hoped it would be. The host (Anna) was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Maintenance was responsive when we needed something, in our case a fire pit key. I highly recommend this location.

Summary: This place was truly extraordinary! the property seemed to be endless and there’s enough rooms for an army. Summary: Our favorite aspect of the property is the amount of space. It backs up to desert and mountains and there is not much around the property. The property itself has multiple pools, palm trees, Eucalyptus and feels like an Oasis. The pool doesn't need heat turned on because the temperature was perfect with just the sun. Lovely to stand in and talk. Most of the bedrooms have multiple beds, for planning purposes - sometimes three queens in a living area of a guest house etc. Host was responsive and genuinely desires to have repeat customers who have a positive experience.

Summary: Every year, we take a large family trip and by far, this has been our best vacation rental yet! Leading up to our trip, the host was extremely communicative, responsive, and welcoming. Since the trip is planned for a large family, I had many questions to ensure we packed accordingly, and the host was not only responsive, but very accommodating as well as friendly. This estate has everything you need and more! The amenities provided are very well thought out. The entire place is clean. The beds are super comfortable. The space is unbelievable. We spent most of our day in the pools, which was a blast. There is not a single thing to complain about; this place is truly a gem! Our family will definitely book this estate for future vacations and we can’t wait! To the host - thank you again for being so genuine and truly caring about ensuring we have a great experience! We appreciate your hospitality and home!
