Summary: Home was good for my family of four. It is on th edge of west Indy with most things close. Beds are very comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Garage is a bonus.

Summary: Upon arrival, we noticed that the community was very aesthetically appealing, very well kept. When we researched this area of Indy, all sources said this is a safe place to be. The condo itself was very clean and true to the owners word and profile information. The pool was a very short walk and really nice. The Boatyard restaurant was about a mile away and is fantastic. I wish we had more opportunities to eat there, but we did make good use of the kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Regarding the rooms, they are plenty spacious and the bedding is great. The owner was very responsive and communicated efficiently. Overall if we come back to Indy and need a place to stay, we would most definitely try to get this place again.

Summary: This property was very nice, clean, and well appointed. We have been staying at VRBO properties for over 10 years now, and I would say this is the best quality property we have stayed in. The location is great, quiet and beautiful setting, but close to downtown, airport, and IMS. There is also a lot of living space for just being a two bedroom unit. Carla was very good at keeping in touch to make sure our stay went well.
