Very well oriented, the villa enjoys sunshine all day while keeping the freshness thanks to the lush vegetation of the garden, moreover the villa is close to the shops of Plateau Caillou. Its 8 * 4 M swimming pool (secure) plunges onto the panorama of the Indian Ocean (200 M above sea level) and its outdoor jacuzzi for 5 people invites you to relax. At night, the tropical garden is perfumed with Ylang Ylang and Frangipani.
