Summary: Beautiful property and rooms. Bathroom setup unusual in all houses. The bidet is in the shower room as opposed to the toilet room.

Summary: The rooms are large, there are enough bathrooms and separate toilets. The property is somewhat angled, so it is not ideal for a large group. The kitchens are large and well equipped. There was a table outside that could seat up to 20 people. There was no such table in the indoor area. There are no umbrellas by the pool, only trees provide shade. The pool is really big. The landlady responded very quickly and very competently. There is a super tasty bakery nearby and two large supermarkets in Apt.

Summary: We cannot put words into how wonderful our experience at La Grande Bastide was! YangBin was very responsive. The Villa was just wonderful and we loved every moment. It has a fabulous pool which was exhilarating after touring and hiking. The caretakers were fabulous! They even cooked a Moroccan dinner for us one night! The house has everything we needed. Maybe a couple more Fans would have been nice, but really we had a fabulous time. Other guest we Met has been there multiple times which is indicative of deep satisfaction. We even had one night of happy hour under the trees with several of them. All in all a wonderful experience and we will definitely go back!

Summary: We recently spent 10 days at La Grande Bastide and it wasn't enough. Set in the middle of a vineyard in a 200 year old stone farmhouse which has been completely rennovated it is gorgeous, spacious, very clean and comfortable. It is divided into multiple seperate appartments, so though we were just one couple, it would also be good for families or groups of people. It is very quiet, peaceful, and ideally located for visiting all of the great hill towns around, which each have their own market days. The saturday market at Apt is must. There is a nice pool which is refreshing after a hot hike or shopping day. The owner, Mrs Marini, speaks fluent french, english, and chinese, and is very responsive as is the caretaker Housine. The Grande Bastide gets my highest recommendation!

Summary: We've just returned from a fabulous 10 days at this property. We stayed in La Maison des Rosiers, which was far more spacious than the photos led us to believe!!! The accommodation had everything we needed and was well kept and clean. The environment is beautiful and peaceful. It was just too hot for our family to go on any long walks... The swimming pool was a welcome place to cool down and spend some time. In the run-up to our stay we needed to contact the owner a number of times and it was easy to do so by e-mail, with a quick response time and reassuring answers. Highly recommended!!!
