Situated on the edge of the Cotswolds with easy access to Broadway, Chipping Campden and Stratford-upon-Avon, the cottage provides countryside tranquility in a beautiful setting. The cottage is a newly refurbished, self-contained period building set privately within the grounds of our home. Dressed for luxurious comfort, the cottage is both a convenient base for touring and a homely space in which you can spend time relaxing and enjoying the countryside. There is a a fully functional kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, and one king-size sofa bed in the sitting room and a separate laundry. The outdoor space includes private courtyard space to relax and take in the sounds and sights of the garden. There is also the larger 8-acre garden to wander and enjoy the sundown (complete with resident Pointers). The cottage comes with Broadband Wifi, Sky TV with Sky Cinema and Netflix. Your music device can be connected to the bluetooth speaker.
From the cottage, all of the Cotswolds exceptional features are accessible including Hidcote Manor Garden, the Cotswolds Distillery, Kiftsgate Court Gardens, the Royal Shakespeare Company Theatre and Shakespeare's House. Summary: The cottage is a sweet location for a couple. the area is charming and the facility is darling. We were able to do a bit of cooking as Well as eat Locally. The host was particularly attentive. All accommodations were comfortable.

Summary: It’s a bit involved to get in, and the property isn’t as isolated and lovely as it is in the photos, but Lorna found a cafetière for us when we needed it. Set up more for locals who will bring most necessities with them.

Summary: We had a great stay with our two dogs. The cottage is within easy access of Stratford Upon Avon and some of the Cotswold Villages. The cottage is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend.

Summary: We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. Great location for driving to places for dog walks. Property was clean and well equipped. The little treats were a lovely surprise and a nice touch - thank you! :) We would definitely recommend and hope to return ourselves x

Summary: We had a wonderful time at Lorna's place. The cottage has been decorated very style full and is very complete. We really enjoyed the big flatscreen - Netflix, surround system. The kitchen so well equipped - dishwasher, pots, pans, hand mixer, oven, etc! Basically everything! An extra compliment must be made for the cleanliness of the cottage. The location is perfect 15 min from a few typical Cotswolds Villages, furthermore, the cottage is really well located in the 8acre garden of the estate.

Summary: Really can't recommend the property enough. Had a wonderful stay which included the use of the garden which is 8 acres. Enjoyed seeing a deer and hedgehogs of a morning. Great hosts. Great time.

Summary: This was our second HomeAway location, and met every expectation that we had from the comments of previous visitors. In our view, the cottage was homely, welcoming and spotlessly clean. The kitchen, dining and relaxation facilities were exactly as advertised, and absolutely as described. Our host had taken great care to prepare for our arrival, and popped in to make sure all was well - no issues whatsoever! And we even tried out recommended restaurants - all first class. 100% satisfaction in every respect, and many thanks to Lorna and family for a relaxing "home-from-home experience. We WILL be back!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It was really well equipped with everything we needed and the quality of the property was excellent. The location was perfect with easy access to Stratford, Warwick and Burford. It was very quiet and a great location for a relaxing break. The owners were incredibly helpful throughout the booking process and whilst we were there and I would definitely recommend this property.
