2 Bedroom House in Williams Town, Freeport Lucaya

Our Beautiful Town homes are located at Cannes Village, on Silver Point Drive, on the most incredible,white sand beach in Freeport. I am the developer of these 18, privately owned units and currently have 3 town homes for rent or sale. The units have been completely upgraded, are modern, very clean and everything is like new. Each unit has everything one needs for comfort and enjoyment. Each unit has an oceanfront terrace overlooking the beach, and ocean. There is a private pool with lounge chairs available to all. The downstairs level of our town homes has a full kitchen, with everything one needs to cook and be comfortable, a dining area with 6 chairs, a living room that opens to a patio directly on the ocean ( 30 feet away in our 3 bedroom, ground floor units!) As we have 3 units, the bed configuration is as follows: 2 queen beds and a queen sofa bed in our 2 bedroom unit, and one of our three bedroom units has a king bed, a queen bed and a double bed. The other three bedroom unit has a king , a queen and a bedroom with two twin beds The upstairs guest rooms have a queen size Temporpedic Memory foam bed. Master and one guest bedroom have their own private baths. The third bath is between the living and dining area(I have two almost identical units available right next to each other (units 102-VRBO 241525) and 103-VRBO 1139400) If your friends want to come, they can stay in 103 next to you. I also have 1 - 2 bedroom units #14- VRBO 1139394, also available in the other building on the property. Just let me know how many you would need for your group.)
The units are 800 feet from a great outdoor restaurant that features a full bar that you can sit in the pool and drink at as well as tables to relax and eat and drink. It is open for lunch and dinner with live music on Thursday and Saturday nights. Conch,a local shellfish, is prepared at a thatch palm kiosk right on the beach!. A convenience store is located walking distance from the townhouse. Also, just down the beach is Manta Ray, a full service restaurant and sports bar that is an awesome place to "chill".
We also have most US franchise fast food restaurants(only 1 of each) such as: Burger King, Kentucky Chicken, Subway, Domino’s, Pizza Hut (delivers). There is a 6 movie Cinema about 10 minutes away.
Port Lucaya Marketplace is 3 miles from the complex and has many restaurants and shops plus nightly entertainment in the Square. The nearest grocery store is also about 3 miles away in Seahorse Shopping Plaza.
At Port Lucaya, you can rent a boat, go sport fishing, learn to scuba dive and even swim with the Dolphins!
Cannes Village is a quiet place that has excellent beach security yet offers everything you will want. When you want 'activities' Island Seas Resort, directly adjacent to my complex, offers many activities including volleyball, jet ski rentals, bar, and two restaurant. Also at the Island Seas you can rent cars or sign up for deep sea fishing. The best bone fishing and snorkeling are right off our beach and there is a 'blue hole' about 1/4 mile from the unit, about 40 feet off the beach, where 1000's of fish are easy seen with a mask and snorkel. This is my home and all units are newly furnished in comfortable furniture and bedding. The units are well maintained and are complete with everything one would need. There are no pets allowed and a maximum occupancy of six people. When renting, you will be required to provide a photo ID for each person staying, as this is a requirement of our Condo Association.

Summary: Location, location. We could enjoy the view and the white sand beach, peace and tranquility. We had all the amenities in our unit to prepare our meals, do our own laundry etc. If we felt like dining out, no problem, choices within walking distance. We can't say enough about 'Speedy' the building manager. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We felt very safe and secure at this location.

Summary: The location was very nice with ocean views and nice breezes. Very close to many beaches, stores, shops, etc. Very clean and well presented and maintained. Was extremely easy to settle in and check out with Catherine! Great communication with Mike and Diana too. Highly recommended.

Summary: Our condo needed serval repairs. The condo is extremely clean and had a great Beachview. We could not stay there again however, because of the stairs and my husband being crippled. We were not aware of all of those stairs to get to our room. The porch screen fell off the first time we tried to close it and never stayed on. The showerhead in our bedroom was messed up and we could not shower and had to use the shower downstairs. The sink handle broke the first time we used it in our bathroom. The sheets we're really old and never stayed on the bed and the pillow cases would also come off. Every single night, so it made it hard to get a good night sleep. The owners and the housekeeper for extremely friendly really like them. All the people on the beach that we met and other people in the condos are all very friendly and we enjoyed making them. The location was great because it only took us a few minutes to get to stores and restaurants.

Summary: Rental: Wow, we are so glad we (family of 4) decided on this property after researching and looking for months. Just as described. Pictures are real!! Very very clean and updated, spacious, very quiet, we felt totally safe, staff/workers and neighbors are friendly as well as on the whole island. The owners were very patient and hospitable with us. The entire property (grounds and buildings) were very clean and well kept, well lit at night, even down to the beach. You can tell they take pride in this building and rental. About area: Beach is amazing - close to our unit and we could see out for miles and miles out to sea, (just like picture) from our room/balcony - Beautiful. You can snorkel (or any water sport) right there or walk a block in either direction. We totally relaxed here. There was nothing to stress over. We highly respect and admire the locals who are amazing people and take pride in and care of their island. It was a blessing to us to be able to contribute, even if insignificantly, to the economy by staying a week here, grocery shopping, excursions, rental car and restaurants. On the beach you are left alone to just relax. 5 stars!!!

Summary: If you went a condo on the beach you must rent this unit at Cannes village in Freeport Bahamas. You have this amazing view everywhere, you can be in the leaving room or on the balcony or on the second flore this is a killing view directely on the beach. If you love snorkeling or walk on the beach this is the place. We have been travelling for the past 30 years more than 3 times per year let me tell you, we will be back next year we found the dream spot. The place is so well maintain. Thank you Mike and Diana for everything we will be back. Daniel and Lyne.
