Beautiful open floor plan cabin with fieldstone hearth and chimney and second floor balcony. Cabin resides on a seven-acre wooded lot, which affords peace and quiet. One bedroom and one bathroom are on the first floor, along with the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Two bedrooms and another bathroom are on the second floor. There is a front porch with Adirondack chairs for relaxing outside in the Spring, Summer, and Fall. Kitchen has been recently renovated, along with bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen floors.
Local attractions include Sunday River Ski area (8 peaks), Mt. Abram Ski Area, Sunday River Golf Club (a Robert Trent Jones, Jr. design), and the Bethel Inn Golf Course--within 10 minutes drive. In addition, numerous hiking trails, including the Appalachian Trail, are nearby. There are also nearby recreational lakes. Bethel is a charming New England town with numerous restaurants and shops.

Summary: We had a wonderful visit. The property was spacious, clean and the location is great. There were lots of hiking trails nearby, swimming holes, Sunday River, and we were able to see fireworks over the 4th of July week. Peaceful rejuvenating stay. Thank you.
