Summary: Advertised for eight adults and only sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Smoke alarm kept us awake all night and host didn’t respond to our emergency till next day!

Summary: Wonderful place to stay with newer amenities right down to the surprise pool table! Good barbecue grill with a nice backyard and views that were out of this world. Property was located close to Benson, a couple minutes away from good restaurants and within an hour of spectacular hiking trails! Split floor plan and large kitchen makes it really nice for couples who want to stay there. Rob the owner was right on top of any questions or issues we had with the place during our stay!

Summary: Close proximity to the Caverns, which was great. The views from the back yard were great. The fenced in backyard was awesome for our pups and the hot tub was nice. Easy communication with our host as well.
