As mentioned, almost everything is brand new such as the couch, the mattress, the bedding, the kitchen appliances, coffee machine, microwave, tv, etc are new. And when I say the place is fully equipped with everything you will need, you could literally live here for the year and only need to bring your clothes. And if it is not in the Loft we will find it for you.
The exterior of the property is private. The upper deck overlooking the ocean and sunset and natural pond back deck has a propane barbecue with tools, a patio table with chairs and an umbrella. .chairs to sit and view the pond, , The private beach is down a lovely path only a few minutes walk away from your door. Water is clean, sand is soft and plentiful, sand bars are exposed at low tide and you would be hard pressed to see many other people. Don't forget about the romantic spectacular sunset directly over the ocean directly in front of the Loft as you drink from your wine glass with your favorite wine . The entire time, you will have undisturbed peace and quiet with no sounds coming from road traffic or from the neighbors. At night, the stars are bright, the sky is dark and the only sounds are coming from the diverse Eco-system of the ocean . It is a magical melodic hypnotic symphony of waves crashing. Summary: A beautiful spot to land for a few days! The apt. was perfect!Everything you could need/want has been thought of, including very luxurious towels, comfy bedding etc. You overlook the ocean, and this is a great spot for enjoying sunsets!The ocean beach is close by and again, great chairs/beach towels provided. Marc and Joanne live in the rest of the house, so close at hand if you have questions or need anything. They are both very kind and lovely people. Definitely would come back and highly recommend.

Summary: When we saw the photograph of the wine glasses on the table of the private deck with that stunning view of the warm waters of the Northumberland Strait we couldn’t believe our luck when we found 3 nights available in the sea of the already booked. Marc & Joanne were the perfect hosts giving us the ideal blend of helpful info & the peaceful privacy we needed.

Summary: Great hosts, 2 minute walk to the private beach area-two different accesses, exceptionally clean, lots of extra amenities included: if you forgot something, they probably have it or will get it for you. Will definitely recommend and rebook for next year this quiet, relaxing oasis!

Summary: What a piece of paradise. This was a great home base for exploring the area, and simply relaxing. Marc and Joanne were such great hosts. Their property is beautiful and well maintained. So clean and fresh. The apartment was very well equipped. Marc’s communication was excellent and he wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. The beach was gorgeous! We even did some clamming one day and steamed them up! Thanks again Marc and Joanne!

Summary: We rec'd a warm welcome from the owners upon our arrival. The apt was immaculate and fully equipped. We had access to outdoor areas and enjoyed the comfy patio furniture and propane fireplace. The grounds of the property are very well maintained with many beautiful flowers. The beach is lovely, we enjoyed long walks daily. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises can be enjoyed from the 2 private decks. The owners are phenomenal hosts and we enjoyed great conversations. Marc and Joanne clearly pay attention to detail & take great pride in their truly gorgeous property. We definitely hope to return and sincerely recommend this vacation property. Paul & Pat
