Charming, 2600 square foot, two story house is beautifully and recently decorated. It features a stunning view of the Gulf, located directly on the Beach near Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores, Alabama. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.
White sand non-commercial beach - great for family activities. Furnished deck facing beach, under house parking, and outside private shower to wash off the sand. Many of our guests return each year. Once you've experienced our wonderful vacation home, you'll want to come back again and again.

Summary: Property was exactly as listed. Easy check-in and check-out. Beautiful beachfront property. There is lots of steps to get into the property so it can be difficult to navigate for those with mobility issues. Pool was nice and well-maintained.

Summary: We gave all of our children a beach vacation for 2023 Christmas gift! We wanted to see all of our Grandchildren on the beach for the first time! It was AMAZING!! CoCo Beach house was perfect for all of us. Never felt crowded, more than enough space and equipped with everything to make our stay effortless! We were able to RELAX and we will definitely be back again!!! Thank you for having the perfect vacation spot for our family!

Summary: A few of us get together annually and reminisce about our old US Navy memories. This year we picked this property on VRBO because they allowed "events". We were not disappointed, the beach front access is lovely, the property is clean and up to date. Communication with the property owner was quick. We were able to enjoy cooking in the kitchen once again and were not reliant upon the limited restaurant choices.

Summary: This house is exactly like the pics. It was very clean and very well stocked with everything you could need. Was perfect for our small family wedding event! Loved having the beach right in front of us without having to walk very far. Will definitely book again for future family vacation!

Summary: We loved Coco Beach house. It fit all the needs of our family and the location was perfect. This house is exactly as pictured. Beautiful house, beautiful views, beautiful location. Just walk out to the beach. It was nice having the pool for our little guys to relax in the evening before bedtime. Very well equipped and Karen was delightful to work with. Great family vacation.
