Positive: The room was spacious and clean with everything you need and small balcony. It is close to Assisi but you need a car for traveling around.

Summary: Very nice and comfortable place and a very friendly and helpful owner.

Positive: Brunella was a wonderful host and was happy to meet our requests. Room was lovely - modern and spotless. It is a quiet location but with a Conad supermarket and cafes nearby. Good public transport (bus) to the Assisi train station.

Negative: Rivotorto is about 3.5 kilometres from Assisi old town and there is no public transport between the two which means you need to rely on taxis or a decent walk.

Summary: Beautiful property, lives up to its name.
