With SOL ALL DAY, it has 2 terraces, one with sun in the morning overlooking the pool and another terrace with sun in the afternoon and you can see the sea. It is completely renovated as new and very beautiful, cozy, fully furnished. It has 1 room with a bed of 150 ctms. living room with sofa bed 140 ctms. New and modern kitchen. washing machine. dishwasher, microwave, 32 "flat screen TV, all very careful. A very good situation, next to the shopping center "La Pepa" with shops and restaurants with live music, to walk everywhere. Surely they will be very comfortable and will take a good memory of your holiday in Tenerife. The apartment really likes people who have already been in it. Summary: The apartment was very nice and very well equipped. It was very clean when we arrived and everything about the booking and check in was arranged perfectly. The pool was very nice and very clean as was the surrounding areas. It was in an ideal location for bars and restaurants. Coys restaurant is very nice which is literally next door and there is a very good supermarket as you turn right out of the front door. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Summary: Arrived for a 9 week break after all the Covid crap in the UK, from the initial booking to the meet and greet with Anna, the communication was excellent. Anna was waiting for us on our arrival, and went through everything we needed to know about the apartment. The security was excellent the front door had a strong 5 lever lock a security gate and an alarm system that was easy to use, the property also had a heavy duty safe which was firmly secured to the wall. The kitchen area was well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. The front balcony onto the roadway looked out to a beautiful view of the sea where we sat for breakfast every morning and again in the evening when we returned after a day out. Although the beach was quite a long walk away it’s all down hill and a pleasant walk, if you get yourself a bus card which you can top up on line there is a bus that stops a few minutes away which goes to Las Americas, taxis are also cheap. All the restaurants are excellent especially the one next to the apartment block (Coys). We Will definitely return to this location.

Summary: We have stayed in Los Cristianos for more than 10 years this apartment was by far the best we have stayed in. The apartment was all you could ask for, very close to supermarkets and bars. It was great the apartment had terraces front and back so useful for the sun. The apartment was well equipped and all in good condition. We loved the pool and used it most days it was so quite. All in all it made for a great holiday. Thanks to all involved for making are stay so enjoyable, we will certainly stay there next time we visit Tenerife.

Summary: Excellent location and excellent facilities. Very comfortable and well worth the price paid. The only downside, consistent with a lot of properties of this type was the electrics which tend to overload occasionally but, all in all, a very pleasant stay.

Summary: The apartment was comfortable and very clean and everything you needed was in there. There was balconies at the front and back which is great. The TV had lots and lots of English channels and it also had a safe which was brilliant and free of charge. The apartment is close to the bars restaurants supermarkets but not too close to the bars where it is too noisy. The Host had left us a bottle of wine and a bottle of water which was a nice little touch.. every thing you needed for your stay was there. Full-size freezer and fridge which was great. There are also security cameras which made you feel safer. the whole complex is very well kept and clean and a brilliant swimming pool also.wiola who met us at the apartment was very good and told us she was at the end of the phone if you ever need anything. overall our holiday in Tenerife in Los Cristianos was brilliant and I hope to return in November to the same apartment. You won't be disappointed if you book this apartment.this is an honest review by a middle-aged couple. Kenneth and Margaret.

Summary: Just back from an amazing week in April and would like to say a huge Thankyou to Lorenzo for the use of his superb apartment. Set on the 1st floor of a small and immaculately kept complex the apartment has both front and rear fully furnished balconies, meaning you have a seat in the sun whenever you need one. With access to heated pool, free wifi and a beautiful and fully equipped apartment making it feel home from home, there is literally nothing negative we could say about our holiday. From the moment we booked, communication was great, although in Spanish but that's what Google translate is for! All questions were answered quickly and good information given regarding directions and access. Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely Miss Wiola who showed us everything, gave us tips of were to eat etc and left us contact numbers during the week if needed. The apartment itself is set around 10 mins from the beach. It has a few shops beside it if you run out of something, but a 5 min walk around the corner brings you to a shopping mall. Here you will find a huge supermarket, lots of restaurants, but best of all, a rooftop food market, with stalls selling crepes, coffees, pizza, rotisserie chicken, ice-cream, beer etc. You can take away or sit on the outside terrace where they have games and bouncy castles for kids. 2 mins in the other direction from the apartment brings you to an amazing Taurus Steak House/Italian Restaurant with wonderful food, fantastic service and live bands. There are lots of bars within walking distance, although the apartment itself is in a residential area, so it's nice and quiet. One of the nicest things about the apartment was the extra touches that you wouldn't normally get. Lorenzo had tried to think of everything to make us as comfortable as possible. Upon arrival he had left a welcome package with water, wine and fruit. He had made sure the kitchen was fully stocked with dishwasher tablets etc, there were loads of hangers for clothes and he had even left tea light candles in case we were feeling romantic (haha), there were extension sockets in case you needed extra plug points. The bed was REALLY comfortable, the washing machine did a 30 min wash, the whole place was immaculately clean and it had a large TV with loads of channels. We will definitely be back. This was the most relaxing holiday I have ever had. It literally was like home from home. Book it! You won't regret it!
