100 sqm apartment in an excellent location, in a residential neighborhood, but close to all the tourist and landscape attractions of Rome. It is only 800 meters away. from St. Peter's Basilica and from the SAN PIETRO train station, from the taxi station.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a 70's curtain mixed building in the street of Via Gregorio VII.
The apartment can be reached by a private road that shelters the apartment from street noise.
It has a large living room (approx. 40 m2) with 2 sofas (including a double sofa bed) and table for 6 people, smart plasma TV. Double bedroom with TV and wardrobe. A single room which can also be transformed into a double room. Two bathrooms (one with tub one with shower). Kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher and table for two. Wifi connection.

Summary: I highly recommend this home. The hosts are just wonderful and are waiting for you on your arrival. The apartment is in a great location with very good food options close by and easy to get around town. Metro is just a min walk down the street. Grocery store about 5-6 min walk. I traveled with my wife, young son and brother and we had more than enough space with the apartment. It's a gem that I highly recommend. Next time in Rome, i'll be staying here again for sure.

Summary: Communication with Giovanna and Massimiliano before checkin was warm and friendly and they were very accommodating. So we already felt good about the apartment before we went there and the apartment didn’t disappoint. It was lovely, exactly as advertised in a good central location. The only minor nitpick we had were that the bath towels were a little small And the shower stall is also a little tight. We are happy to give this stay 5 stars.

Summary: The apartment is very spacious, very well equipped, and very conveniently located with a bus stop only 50 yards from the entrance and a large, very well stocked supermarket only a five-minute walk away. Various restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated with two balconies. To our delight we found the fridge well stocked with a lot of water, a large bottle of beer and a bottle of prosecco - very thoughtful and kind on the part of the proprietors who gave us a warm welcome on our arrival, explained everything about the apartment in great detail and were very helpful on our departure when they helped us with the luggage and called a taxi for us to get to the airport. The owners have really thought of everything: there is an ample supply of toilet paper, enough soap and shampoo in the two bathrooms and even an additional supply of water in the kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment and had a delightful time in Rome.

Summary: This apartment is a wonderful place to stay. We had four people stay here comfortably. The neighborhood is lovely, safe, quiet, and far away from the crowds. The hosts are very communicative and ensured that we had anything we needed. There are multiple grocery stores within walking distance, and the bus stop is just down at the corner. Also if you stay here you must enjoy a meal at Boris Cucina just up the road! It was so great to return here to relax after sightseeing every day.
