Our residence is a great place for families to relax and unwind with lots of things to do for all sorts of activities. The house itself is perfectly accomodated for any family needs with new furniture and comfortable living spaces. if you want to stay in one day you can play pool or ping pong in the game room or even play some board games in the family room. located in central florida you have the oppurtunity to go to either coast for different beach experiences. With weekly discount.

Master bedroom: isolated from the rest of the rooms this space is complete with a king sized bed and Smart TV included. in addition to that there is a
private Bathroom with a bathtub , shower and walk in closet as well
Kitchen: Fully stocked with new dishes, high quality stainless steel pots and pans, silverware and other basic kitchen essentials. The kitchen also has a toaster oven, Keurig coffee machine, microwave and stove top to use. No need to Buy water bottles as our kitchen is equipped with a state of the art reverse osmosis system to give you the best quality drinking water.
Living room: New furniture all around with big couch and love seat as well. Huge Smart TV and Board games to play for family fun.
Kid room: Decorated with Disney characters and 3 single beds 2 are in a bunk bed toys can also be used for kids to enjoy
Guest rooms: both guest rooms have queen size beds and smart tvs to watch your favorite streaming services.
Pack and play as well as booster seat for table so toddlers can eat
All rooms have Bath towels and extra linen included.
Game room: Pool Table with everything included, table tennis table with nets, paddles and balls. Basket ball for the court outside. dart board and darts included too

Summary: This home was beautiful. Clean and stocked with everything we needed. Check in was easy and our host Martin was Awesome! He was always quick to respond to any questions This home had more than enough room and space for my family. Neighborhood was nice also. Summary: This was the perfect place for our stay. Central to all of the places we wanted to go and very walking friendly for me. The neighborhood felt very safe. For anyone with children the playground can be seen from the front porch. We will will be checking this listing again for our next vacation.

Summary: My son was coming down to race at Auberndale speedway. This house was 20 Minutes from the track. The house was very roomy and had everything we needed.

Summary: House was extremely clean, furnishing was updated, attractive and very comfortable. Nice updated flooring, no carpet. Everything, all appliances, air conditioning worked well no issues. Great place for a family with kids to stay near Disney, lots of room and beds. Bathrooms were clean and updated, nice showers and a soaker tub in master bath. Owner was great to work with, answers questions quickly, He even had a bouquet of fresh flowers on the table when we checked in.
