Two bedroom A-Frame house with views of the lake. Great place for a weekend away. House is close to the campground and lake access. Loft bedroom has a King Size bed with bathroom attached. Bedroom downstairs has a queen size bed. There are 2 sofas in the living room that pull out to queen beds for extra guests. Washer and dryer is in the downstairs bathroom. There is a grill and a fire pit on the property.
The kitchen has everything that you will need for your stay. The only thing you need to bring is the food. There are a few spices and oil for your use. There are towels and linens for your stay as well.

Summary: Heating was difficult to regulate due to having to use space heaters. Kitchen and baths were clean but dust and cobwebs were visible in common areas. Overall it served our needs. There was a great view of the lake and allowed for viewing beautiful sunsets. Thanks for being pet friendly.

Summary: Can’t say enough about this cute little Cabin/Lakehouse that looks right over Ute Lake! Quiet location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! We came in from Albuquerque, NM with our pontoon boat and so enjoyed our time! Boat dock right around the corner. Will definitely rent again when we return to the lake! You can’t go wrong with this rental and host! Thank you Wendy for sharing your place with us!
