Summary: We booked for a party of 17 ladies the pool was perfect to hang around in the day and at night within walking distance of Olhos da Água for meals. Within minutes of a supermarket which is very handy. Download the bolt app and you can have a taxi in minutes we used to take 17 of us to albuferia for the night and was very easy to use and also used to do a day trip to see dolphins and Bengali cave. Jim was easy to contact and arranged airport transfers for us they were very efficient on way out our plane was diverted and both Jim and the company kept in touch and they were there waiting for us when we eventually made it to faro. Overall happy memories made and would definitely return

Summary: Plenty of space, the pool area was brilliant fun. Great villa for a bunch of friends or family. Showers need updating but its all clean and everything works.

Summary: We thought the villa was very clean & tidy we had all we needed to cook and clean. Jim contacted me before our to organise the lock box and we had no issues the whole time we where there. I would highly recommend the Villa.

Summary: The layout of the house was great and really suited our needs as 5 young families. It was great to spend time by the pool and do big meals with the BBQ. However, the house is really quite worn out. For example, - The internet wasn’t working – the property manager sent someone but they were unable to resolve the issue resulting in a few of us having to spend additional money to hotspot - The TV was broken, again someone was sent and just took the TV but didn’t replace it (it was a cheap model available at ALDI so could have been easily replaced) - There is no pool table and the kitchen is different to what the photos show - Several of the air conditioners weren’t working very well (one made a loud rattling noise at random times) - The seal on the oven wasn’t connected properly (making it very hot in the kitchen) and impairing the function of the air conditioning which we were advised not to use if the oven was on, - The pool was quite dirty and even though the property manager said they would try and get someone in, no one arrived - There were no oven trays to use, - Some of the fitted wardrobes didn’t open, - One of the outdoor chairs was broken (and a toddler got their finger caught on it) - There wasn't any soap in the bathrooms or washing up liquid/sponges in the kitchen. - There was also a pest problem, with large cockroaches, wasps and ants throughout the property. We did raise some of these issues with the manager at the time and afterwards provided feedback pri

Summary: We booked to stay in this villa as we were getting married in the area and wanted to stay in a big villa with our wedding party. When we arrived it was very clear that a group of young men had stayed in there previously as the villa stank of stale smoke, there was cigarette ends everywhere, used condoms and empty condom wrappers. It was very unfortunate that the previous guests left the villa in a bad state however we would have been happy waiting longer to check in so the villa could be cleaned properly. I sent the host a message the same days informing him of the issues and the next morning he arrived with a team of cleaners and gardeners to sort the issues out which we appreciated. The first night however we had to spend a few hours cleaning the floors and patio as there was beer and smashed glass over the floor. The outside of the villa was stunning and we thoroughly enjoyed being round the pool and on the garden. We a little more TLC the villa could be amazing.
