HUGE mansion with six bedrooms, two living rooms, and four parking spots! Sleeps 21–everyone fits! Three blocks from Red & Purple line train stop. Twenty minute walk (or two train stops) to Wrigley Field, thirty-minute walk (or a five-minute drive) to Montrose Beach.
Our 100 year old house is perfect for big groups and families. TONS of common space and bedrooms, most with queen beds and each with its own character.
Fully gated parking fits four cars. WiFi and cable TV provided.
AC is installed May 15 through Oct 15.

Summary: We stayed at this mansion (wow, it was huge!) for our son’s wedding. It fit my entire family comfortably. The host was awesome, answering my questions promptly before and during our stay. Summary: We rented this property for the weekend as our getting ready location for our wedding. We had our families and wedding parties there and it was incredible. We could not have asked for anything better. The house was so gorgeous and so spacious, there were so many spots for people to be comfortable and get ready. We even did some wedding pictures at the property! The house was clean and the check in process was easy. It was fully stock with plenty of cups, kitchen supplies, cutlery, etc. We are so grateful!

Summary: We had a memorable weekend with our extended family and we were all coming from far away. Ana was fantastic in giving great suggestions (personal chef and local restaurants). We especially appreciated the uniqueness of the house and having parking out back. Everyone remarked about how special the weekend was. Thank you!!

Summary: With 18 of us we never felt too cramped or on top of each other. Everyone really loved the house and the neighborhood is packed with stuff to do and has easy access in and out of the city. Because of the age of the home it is definitely on the louder said when folks are walking around but that didn't take away from the experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Bedrooms were a nice size and have platform beds so they are fairly low to the ground which may make it difficult for some to get in/out of. Bathrooms on all floors with one being a Jack and Jill set up. Large dining room table comfortably fit all 10 of us. Two blocks from groceries and the L as well as many restaurants. Ana was great to work with, even allowing us to check in a bit early and out a bit later. We would stay here again.

Summary: The property is clean and exceptionally well located. The fenced in parking gave us peace of mind and is cheaper than finding spots for multiple cars! Comfortably slept 21 people (19 in actual beds). The owner was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond when we had a small thermostat issue on arrival. It was immediately fixed and communication could not have been easier. I highly recommend booking this place!!

Summary: Spacious inside, 9 bedrooms, very warm in a cold month. Good location to walk, close to public transit and ample parking - squeezed in 5 vehicles. Owner contact and responses excellent.

Summary: Our team stayed here to attend a conference at Northwestern, joke became we were not leaving the house to actually go to the conference. The pool table and ping pong table were well used and the host was super responsive when a smoke alarm was beeping needing a new battery. We will be back and have a new team tradition!
