Summary: The house looked just like the pictures. SO much room for the 12 of us. 4 kids, 8 adults. I liked the fact that kids had their own bathroom and each couple had their own private bedroom/bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked so we could make various types of meals. Lots of spices, oil, pancake mix,, etc! We had plenty of water toys, floats and 2 kayaks. In the pictures it looks like there is a beach but there is not. Great dock with a large tv, lounge chairs and 2 sets of table and chairs. We did rent a pontoon boat from Point Oasis and they were wonderful to work with. Lake of the Ozarks is gorgeous. We’re so happy we chose this for our family vacation. We had a wonderful time!!!

Summary: The property is nice and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked out great for the 13 of us.The water got a little choppy at times because of the restaurant/bar at the end of the cove.

Summary: Although it is steep, the driveway accommodated our 6 vehicles. It was nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom. Plenty of room both upstairs and downstairs for our group of 12 adults to gather together during rainy weather. Great outdoor deck areas in back to enjoy the waterfront and evening sunsets.

Summary: This house was perfect for our annual friends and family lake trip. It accommodated our large group (20 people). Tons of table space between the big kitchen tables and the outdoor seating. The swim platform, fishing on the dock, playing shuffleboard, and the theater room provided lots of activities to keep the kids busy. Hosts provided prompt and pleasant responses anytime I asked a question or needed to communicate with them. Our group would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The home was in a great location and good amount of beds and baths. Good spaces with sitting areas too. However, we had issues with the cleanliness of the property. A terrible ant problem in the kitchen on counters and floors. Dirty bathrooms with black rings in toilets and hair in showers. The front porch area was filled with bugs and spiders. The deck off kitchen needed cleaned and ants and spiders all over furniture cushions. I know it’s the lake but did not seem to be cleaned close to our arrival date. Good dock space and lily pad were nice additions. We had a lake place for 29 years so we know what it takes to keep property ready to use.

Summary: This great property is located in a large cove off the main channel of LOZ. Your are close to restaurants and fun activities by water or road. The property is well appointed, clean and comfortable. It accommodated all family members from adults to teenagers to young kids. The lake views are gorgeous and the dock provides swimming and sunning opportunity. A great week.
