Summary: My family and I stayed at Bayview for a weekend for a 70th birthday celebration. The house is spotlessly clean and extremely well-appointed with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The children enjoyed the beach, kayaking on the bay, air hockey, and foosball on the lower level. We older folks spent a lot of time on the upper deck, soaking up the sun and looking out over the bay. Edson is an excellent host. He graciously provided us with snacks and goodies, the makings of a charcuterie board, and even a birthday cake. All in all, it was a wonderful weekend, and chances are we will be returning to Bayview in the future. If you can stay at this property, you will not be disappointed.

Summary: This home met all of our expectations and then some. Our host Edson met us with a basket of goodies fruit, wine, and cheese. He has everything you could possibly want or need kayaks, paddle boards, life preservers. Anything you could possibly want or need you’ll find here.

Summary: Beautiful property with lots to do- the kayaks are awesome and the bay is beautiful. The games in the house are a great addition. My elderly mother enjoyed it and was easily able to use the handicapped chair to get around. Edson is a lovely host.

Summary: Had a lovely week away with family and friends. Home was large enough to give everyone their own space but still cozy enough to share meals and games. Home is handicap accessible to a point in that there is a chair lift if stairs are the only obstacle. Neighborhood was quiet with a small nature preserve down the street to walk and get some exercise . Convenience of cranberry Highway just down the road for anything you may need and the cute small town of Onset just a quick drive across the street was perfect. . Private beach was small and a little murky but nice enough to wade in and take kayaks out. Kitchen was very well equipped to the point of almost too much stuff . Edson went out of his way to be welcoming!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The house was spotless and the check-in was easy and seamless. We appreciated the gift basket on arrival which contained sweets and goodies for making Smores. The house was roomy enough for our 3 families, with plenty of parking for everyone. Having stayed elsewhere in Buzzard's Bay, we did find the beach a bit marshier and rockier than where we had stayed previously. Edson was the perfect host, easy to reach, and the house was well located. Thank you!

Summary: Edson, super host that he is, spares no effort or expense in providing for any and everything you should need for a very memorable visit. This was our second time renting his home and it was just as wonderful as the first time ! We took some amazing family photos this time, right in front of the house with the bay as a backdrop.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at Bay View. The house was perfect for our family of 14 (8 adults & 6 kids). We loved spending time at the beach and Edson has it set up for fun with the kayaks, canoe, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for the kids. Plenty of life vest too. We spent the evenings on the deck or the lower patio. And at night we played games at the massive dining table. The views of the sunrise were beautiful and the moon shining off the bay at night was breathtaking. The house is equipped with everything you need. We have stayed in many VRBO vacation homes and cooking meals is always a challenge with the quality and amount of cookware and utensils. Edson has gone above and beyond with a fully stocked and functional kitchen. Edson was an awesome host. We would 100% recommend Bay View.

Summary: We loved the location on the bay despite several days of rain. It was peaceful and very pretty watching the tide come in and out. We all swam and enjoyed the kayak's, canoe and board's a great deal. The house had everything you could need to make any kind of meal which was great. There were plenty of games and plenty of sitting spaces outside which was lovely and allowed us to each enjoy friends and conversation. Edison was a very gracious host and a genuinely lovely person.
